First Hope is a health and safety training facility, founded by healthcare professionals who advocate to deliver adequate emergency response training. Our mission is to promote health awareness, emergency safety, and life-saving techniques among individuals of all ages. Courses are guided by science and education from the American Heart Association Guidelines Update for CPR and Emergency Cardiovascular Care (ECC). Our goal is to save lives and prevent the long-term impact of injuries and illnesses.

Our instructors are certified by the American Heart Association and have elite experience in medical care. They are trained to educate individuals by using the most up-to-date compliance policies. As First Hope instructors, we strive to provide a professional, educational, and fun learning experience within every training session. 

Our training helps individuals gain confidence in safety techniques, increasing response time, and leading to more lives saved. Together we can make a difference.
