First Aid
The American Heart Association (AHA) First Aid class is designed for anyone with limited or no medical training. Most participants take this class to obtain a certificate completion card to meet job requirements or professional licensure requirements. This class trains participants on common First Aid emergencies, including how to recognize them, how to call for help, and how to perform lifesaving skills. This class is designed to meet Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements for First Aid training when paired with site-specific instruction.

Training Delivery Methods
First Aid Training is available in two different training methods, classroom learning and blended learning. All First Aid methods teach the same AHA science-based skills, resulting in the same AHA Class Completion Card.

Classroom Learning
Classroom Learning is the traditional learning method. Enjoy face-to-face learning interactions while mastering your skills with our expert instructors.

Blended Learning
Save time with Blended Learning. Learn class content online at your leisure and sharpen your skills with a face-to-face hands-on skill session.
Certificate Earned
Class Completion Card
Upon successful completion of all class requirements, you will receive a First Aid certificate card. Certificates are issued through the American Heart Association (AHA) and are valid for 2 years.
