Basic Life Support
The Basic Life Support course is designed for healthcare professionals both in and out of a hospital setting. Participants are trained to promptly recognize several life-threatening emergencies, give high-quality chest compressions, deliver appropriate ventilations, and provide early use of an automated external defibrillator(AED).

Training Delivery Methods
Basic Life Support is available in two different training methods, classroom learning and blended learning. All Basic Life Support training methods teach the same AHA science-based skills, resulting in the same AHA Course Completion Card.
Classroom Learning
Classroom Learning is the traditional learning method. Enjoy face-to-face learning interactions while mastering your skills with our expert instructors.
Blended Learning
Save time with Blended Learning. Learn course content online at your leisure and sharpen your skills with a face-to-face hands-on skill session.
Certificate Earned
Course Completion Card
Upon successful completion of all course requirements, you will receive a Basic Life Support certification card. Certificates are issued through the American Heart Association and are valid for 2 years.
